Itinerary

Day 1: ACCRA

Stop At: Accra, Accra, Greater Accra
Your driver and tour guide will pick you up at the Airport and transfer you to your booked hotel.

Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Accra, Accra, Greater Accra
You will be welcome to your hotel with a Traditional Cultural Performance by the Kpalungo Cultural Troupe.
Duration: 1 hour

Day 2: Accra

Stop At: W.E.B. Dubois Center, Outside of Accra, Accra Ghana
Visit the former residence and library of the late Writer, Anti-segregationist, Communist, Pan Africanist and the leader of the all Pan African Congresses between 1919-1927.
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park, High St., Accra Ghana
Visit the Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum, which is the third and final resting place of Ghana's independent leader and first President Dr. Kwame Nkrumah.
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Makola Market, Kojo Thompson Rd, Accra Ghana
Visit the famous Makola Market which is one busiest opening air market in West Africa.
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: James Town Lighthouse, Cleland Road, Accra Ghana
Visit the British James Town which is the first British settlement in Accra. It is very famous for it light house and the Usher fort.
We will also visit the the local fishing harbour and community.
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Center for National Culture, 28th February Rd Near Nkrumah Memorial Park & Mausoleum, Accra Ghana
Visit the biggest Arts market in Ghana.
Duration: 1 hour

Day 3: KUMASI

Stop At: Manhyia Palace Museum, Off Antoa Rd, Kumasi Ghana
Visit the residence and the museum of the great Ashanti King.
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Prempeh II Museum, Bantama High St, Kumasi Ghana
Visit the Prempeh II Jubilee Museum in the Kumasi Cultural Centre to learn the history of this Great Ashanti king, Nana Agyeman Prempeh.
Duration: 2 hours

Day 4: KUMASI

Stop At: Kumasi, Kumasi, Ashanti Region
Visit the kente weaving village of Adansomaso to learn about the history of this world famous Ghanaian cloth called Kente.
You will also visit a local cocoa farm, a local healers shrine, also experience a traditional local naming ceremony where you will be given a local name.

Stop At: Ntonso Adinkra Craftsmen, Ntonso Road Ntonso, Kumasi Ghana
Visit the Ntonso Adinkra cloth making village to learn more about the history and process of making this ancient traditional Ashanti cloth.
You will also have the opportunity to try your hands on making your own Adinkra cloth.
Duration: 2 hours

Day 5: Bono East Region

Stop At: Boabeng-Fiema Monkey Sanctuary, Fiema, Ghana, Senya Beraku Ghana
Visit the Ancient Traditional Village of Boabeng-Fiema to visit the Boabeng-Fiema Monkey Sanctuary to have a look of the Mona and the Black and white Colobus Monkeys.
We will also make a courtesy call on the monkey priest of the villages.

Stop At: Kintampo Falls, Kintampo Ghana
Visit the spectacular Kintampo Water Falls and also enjoy the newly constructed kintampo falls canopy walk way.
Duration: 2 hours

Day 6: Cape Coast

Stop At: Ancestral Slave River Park, Assin Manso Ghana
Visit the Slave River and Park in Assin Manso to visit the river where the captive slaves where taken to have their last bath enroute to the Slave Castles in the Cape-coast and Elmina during the Trans Atlantic Slave Trade.
Duration: 6 hours

Accommodation included: Overnight at the Oasis Beach Resort, a 3 star hotel in Cape-coast.

Day 7: Cape Coast

Stop At: Cape Coast Castle, Cape Coast Ghana
Visit the the historic Cape-coast castle and a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Duration: 2 hours

Stop At: Kakum National Park, Cape Coast Ghana
Visit the Kakum National Park which has alot of animal species, trees and alot of bird species.
Also have fun on the famous Kakum canopy walk way.
Duration: 2 hours

Stop At: Elmina Castle, Elmina Ghana
Visit the Elmina Castle which the first colonial buildings in the sub Saharan Africa. It is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Duration: 2 hours

Accommodation included: Overnight at the Oasis Beach Resort, a 3 star in Oasis in Cape-coast.

Day 8: Winneba

Stop At: Winneba, Winneba, Central Region
Visit winneba for the Annual Maskrade Festival which is celebrated by the people of winneba.
Duration: 6 hours

Day 9: ACCRA

Stop At: West Hills Mall, Winneba Rd Dunkonah, Weija Ghana
Visit the West Hills Mall for a feel of Modern Accra life.
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Labadi Pleasure Beach, Accra Ghana
Visit the Labadi Pleasure Beach to relax and enjoy breeze and also enjoy horse riding at the beach.

Next, we will leave for the Airport two hours before your check in time.
