Stop At: Cape Coast Castle, Cape Coast Ghana

The castle is noted for being a place where slaves were bought and kept prior to being transported in ships to the America. There are sections where slaves were auctioned, You'll see some of the journals that were kept by the slave merchants.

You will be given a tour of the castle accompanied with a narrative of all important facts about it.

Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes

Stop At: Elmina Castle, Elmina Ghana

The castle was built by the Portuguese in the middle of the 15th Century. The Dutch forcefully took over its control in 1657. The British assumed Control of this UNESCO World Heritage monument in 1872. Here too, you'll get a guide tour complete with stories about the place.
