Explore the town of Debreberhan and Ankober on a Guided Day Tour

You will be picked up from your hotel at 7:00Am and then driven 130 Km from Addis Ababa to the town of Debre Berhan. Once there, you will see the famous Selassie Church built by King Sahle Selassie and socialize with local people and get a taste of the local drinks made. After which you will be driven to the town of Ankober, 40 Kms East of Debre Berhan. Upon arrival, you will be escorted to the palace Emperor Menielik resided in before moving his capital to Addis Ababa. You will be treated to a truly Authentic Ethiopian lunch while basking at the beautiful scenery. Given that its the right time of the season, You will have the chance to witness a very rare bird species called the Ankober Serin and other marvelous species of birds. You will also get to see endemic wildlife like the Gelada Baboon and Menielik Bush buck among many. You can meditate to the marvelous views of the escarpment and unwind breathing in the fresh air and achieve tranquility. After the eventful day, you will be driven back to your hotel.
