Day 1: Drive from Addis Ababa to Arbaminch

Stop At: Dorze Village, Arba Minch Ethiopia
Dorze people are famous for their towering homes and fine cotton weaving.
Duration: 2 hours

Day 2: Drive to Jinka

Stop At: Chamo Lake, Arba Minch Ethiopia
Boat trip on Lake Chamo to spot crocodiles and hippos
Duration: 2 hours

Day 3: Drive to Mursi Village

Stop At: Mago National Park, 782km south of Addis on East bank of the Omo River, 4200 Ethiopia
drive through Mago National Park to visit the Mursi tribe, Mursi people are very colorful with a lot of body decoration, Ornaments and most remarkable characteristic is the lip disk for which they are famous over the world.

Day 4: Drive to Turmi

Stop At: Dimeka Market, Omo, Ethiopia
Drive 147km to Turmi passing through the small towns of Key Afar and Dimeka, if the day is Thursday or Saturday you will visit the colorful market of Key Afar or Dimeka. Then continue driving to Turmi. It is the biggest town in the area of the Hamer people, one of the biggest and most beautiful tribes of the south.

Day 5: Day trip to Omorate

Stop At: Dasenech Village, Omorate Dasenech, Turmi 1000 Ethiopia
This village lies at the banks of Omo River, just near to the Kenyan border. Cross over the river by traditional boat to visit some villages of the Dassenech people. After coming back to Turmi explore the area in a small hike. If you are lucky, you can go to see the “bull jumping” a traditional initiation ritual. In addition, you will have the chance to see the traditional Hamer dance, called “Evangadi” in the evening.

Day 6: drive to Arbaminch

Stop At: Konso Cultural Centre, On the road with Stawberry Fields Eco-Lodge, Konso Ethiopia
The road passes alongside the mountains, providing splendid panoramic views. On the way you will visit the Konso people with their maze like villages and terraced hills.
Duration: 3 hours

Day 7: Fly to Addis Ababa

Stop At: National Museum of Ethiopia, King George VI Street, Addis Ababa Ethiopia
The museum holds the Ethiopia's historical and artistic treasures as well as many of the most precious archaeological findings such as the remains of early hominids, the most famous being that of "Lucy,"
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Ethnological Museum, Algeria St Piazza Haile, Addis Ababa Ethiopia
Set within Haile Selassie’s former palace, which is now on the grounds of Addis Ababa University. This museum gives a great introduction about the country's culture, nature, history, and plant resources.
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Entoto Hill, Addis Ababa Ethiopia
is the highest peak on the Entoto Mountains, which overlooks the city of Addis Ababa. Entoto is a historical place where Emperor Menelik II resided and built his palace, when he came from Ankober and founded Addis Ababa.
Duration: 2 hours

Stop At: Addis Mercato, Kenya St Addis Ketema, Addis Ababa Ethiopia
Merkato is the largest open air market in Africa
Duration: 2 hours
