Give your taste buds a vacation! This activity gives you the opportunity to experience the best of local cuisine.

The establishment prepares food from across cultures, local and international, but mainly specializes in dishes from Northern Ethiopia; It also emphasizes on healthy living through healthy choices.

We’ll pick you up from your location and drive you to the location. During the activity, you will taste declicious meals made from organically sourced produce, spices and ingredients and prepared by experienced cooks(chiefs). We’ll sample a dish from each item on the menu while discussing their properties and preparation.

If time and circumstances allow, we might also have the opportunity to observe as when some of the dishes are actually being prepared.

At the end of the activity, you will receive a thank you gift plus a driver with a car and gas to take/drive you whether you wish within city limits for the 3 hours. You could take this opportunity to drive to the market, or to the Entoto Traditional Clothing market, sightsee or whatever your heart desire.
