DAY 1: Adelaide - Grampians National Park
This Adelaide to Melbourne tour departs fat approximately 7:00am in the morning making your way towards the National Heritage listed Grampians National Park. See the vast mountain ranges and iconic views such as ‘The Balconies’. Along the way we will stop for lunch (at own expense) around the township of Horsham. After grabbing a bite we continue our journey into the heart of Grampians, Halls Gap followed by a short walk down to MacKenzie Falls one of the must see highlights of the region. Spend the afternoon exploring this incredible landscape and be amazed by the spectacular views such as Reeds and Boroka Lookout. Last stop of the day will be seek out a wildlife close encounter searching for Kangaroos, Wallabies, Koalas to name a few. Staying overnight in Halls Gap, at one of our quality accommodation providers. (D)
DAY 2: Great Ocean Road to Melbourne
An early start to begin your journey towards the Great Ocean Road. First stop of the day is the London Bridge. Visit Loch Ard Gorge the best beach location along the 12 Apostles Coast. The highlight of the day will be the Twelve Apostles. We recommend the optional helicopter flights they are spectacular. The scenery changes as you make your way into an ancient rainforest stopping at Maits Rest to explore. See the quaint seaside township of Apollo Bay the soul of the great Ocean Road. There will be a short stop to do some koala spotting before taking on that last part of the Great Ocean Road. Travel back to the first part of the Great Ocean Road, The Memorial Arch. Make the most of a great photo opportunity at some famed surf locations before we stop for a beach walk. After that, we will make our final journey into cosmopolitan Melbourne. (B)
