Day 1 : Arrival Delhi & Sightseeing
On arrival in Delhi, you will be greeted and escorted to your Hotel. After some rest in hotel, embark on your tour of Old and New Delhi, visit old delhi- the Jama Masjid (Friday Mosque) and Raj Ghat –Mahatma Gandhi's Memorial. Later visit New Delhi. Drive past the colonial area, visit Sikh Temple and Qutub Minar. Overnight.
Day 2 : Delhi / Jaipur (265 Km, 6 Hrs approx.)
Drive to Jaipur. In the afternoon. Enroute visit famous Galata Ji Temple, Known as Monkey Temple. Overnight at Jaipur
Day 3 : Jaipur
In the morning Excursion to Amber Fort. Afternoon visit the colorful " Pink City", The City Palace with its museum and the Astronomical Observatory. Time for shopping and extra activities. Overnight at Jaipur
Day 4 : Jaipur / Abhaneri / Fatehpur Sikri / Agra ( 240 Km, 5 Hrs )
Drive to Agra. Stop for a visit of Abhaneri With its well palace and an ancient temple. Later visit Fatehpur Sikri, a city built by Akbar - greatest emperor of the Mughal dynasty. Arrival and check in. Overnight.
Day 5 : Agra
Morning visit of TajMahal (built by Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife, Mumtaj Mahal. Later visit Agra Fort, Royal Residence of the mughals built by Emperor Akbar. Afternoon visit Etmad-ud-daulah famous as Baby Taj Mahal. Enjoy Local handicraft and Shopping. Overnight.
Day 6 : Agra /Orchha/Khajuraho (Train and car)
Morning Transfer to station to catch the train to Jhansi. Arrival and Visit Orchha. Orchha is home to some incredible bundelkhandi style palaces and interesting temples. Visit Jehangir Mahal and raja mahal, afternoon drive to khajuraho (150 Km, 4 hrs approx). Arrival and check in to hotel.
Day 7 : Khajuraho - Allahbad (290 Km, 6 hrs approx)
Visit Khajuraho and its superb temples. These embrace a period of time between 950 and 1050 AD. These temples have erotic sculptures that refer to tantrism, an initiatory-esoteric doctrine for which "Nirvana" can be reached through the control of physical pleasure as well as spiritual and meditative discipline. Transfer to Allahabad. It is here that in 1948 the ashes of Mahatma Gandhi were dispersed. Arrival and checkin to the hotel.
Day 8 : Allahbad - Varanasi (150 Km, 3 hrs approx)
Visit Allahabad Fort, Anand Bhawan and Ashokan Column. Transfer to Varanasi. Arrival in Varanasi. In the afternoon visit to the Ghat to attend the evening prayer. Checkin to the hotel and overnight.
Day 9 : Varanasi - Delhi
Sunrise boat ride at river Ganges. Return back to the hotel for the breakfast. Visit Sarnath, where Buddha gave his first sermon. Afternoon, transfer to the airport to board the flight to New Delhi. Upon arrival in Delhi, transfer to international airport to board the flight to back home.
