9am Pickup from your Hotel / Railway Station in Agra Visit Agra - The wonderful Taj Mahal (A Unesco World Heritage Site), The world's best-known tomb stands testimony to the timeless love story of the 17th century Mughal Emperor, Shah Jahan and his queen Mumtaz Mahal. (Taj Mahal remain closed on every Friday).

11am - Visit - The Imposing Agra Fort (A Unesco World Heritage Site), Built by Emperor Akbar in 1565 A.D, this huge fort is made of red sandstone. The elegant buildings inside reflect an interesting synthesis of Hindu and Central Asian architectural styles. The maze of the courtyards, mosques & private chambers of the fort echo the story of the Mughal Empire.

1pm Lunch Break, Lunch will be provided at Local Restaurant.

2pm You may wish to enjoy shopping in Agra is known for its fabulous handicrafts, made of marble and softstone inlay work. The Mughals were great patrons of arts and crafts. Empress Nur Jahan took personal interest and was an accomplished artist herself in zari embroidery work. Agra's major handicraft products besides inlay work are: leatherware, brassware, carpets, jewellery and embroidery work.

4Pm to 8pm rest in your Hotel.

8pm to 11:30pm Visit again Taj Mahal by Moon Light. The Taj Mahal is considered one of the most romantic monuments in the world. Built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan after the death of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal, this white marble mausoleum is considered a monument to eternal love. Lovers from across the world, flock to see this architectural marvel and admire its radiant beauty. The white marble surface of the Taj Mahal changes its appearance with the passing of the seasons. It glows brightly in the sunlight in summer and reflects the grey-clouded sky during the monsoon. Under the light of the full moon however, the Taj Mahal is said to appear at its best - shimmering like a fairytale castle built for a legendary princess. Tourists are now permitted to view the Taj Mahal by moonlight.

Tourists can view the Taj Mahal from a distance of 500 m, from a nearby red sandstone platform. Tourists are permitted to carry still cameras for photography and binoculars for viewing.

Night viewing of Taj Mahal has been allowed from 2004 for five nights in a month including the Full Moon night and two days before and two days after except Fridays and month of Ramzan. Tickets available 24 hours 1 day before Night Viewing of the Taj Mahal 10.00 A.M. to 6.00 P.M.

Important Note:
• Night viewing is allowed between 20.30 - 00.30 hrs only.
• A maximum no. of 400 people in eight batches of 50 persons each, shall only be allowed to view the Taj, on any one night. Each group shall be allowed to view the Taj Mahal for a duration of 30 minutes only.
• The visitors of the night viewing of Taj Mahal have to report at Shilpagram complex half an hour in advance of the viewing time. The entry is allowed from the Eastern Gate of the Taj Mahal only after security check near the Eastern gate.
• Below dates of full moon nights are based on astrological calculations which sometimes may vary, therefore the tourists are requested to reconfirm the dates from the nearest tourist information centers.
