We are a 68 year old couple. We both found the staff wonderfully knowledgeable, helpful and responsive to all on board. We enjoyed the trip because the team was well trained and professional. The boarding, snorkeling logistics, and buffet were managed with little difficulty on a full trip. The timing was well orcastrated and no complaints that we observed. Sun cream was available, as was drinks and monitored beer and wine. The reef we visited had a cliff and when the sun popped out was like swimming in an aquarium, full of color.

I booked this sailing trip specifically because it said they took you snorkelling on the barrier reef. When I got on board I asked for confirmation that they provided snorkelling equipment and was told they no longer went snorkelling and I should have been informed of this by my agents Viator. I was devastated as I had my 2 grandchildren with me and they were excited to see the reef and all it has to offer. We had travelled from the UK just for this experience. From that point of view the trip was a totally failure, however, the sailing, the sights, the time on Whitehaven beach, the food, the catamaran and, above all, the staff, were brilliant and we enjoyed that part of the trip very much. We had a very tight schedule and were unable to book another trip to see the reef, so we came home very disappointed from that aspect. If you want a day's sailing with refreshments and lunch, plus a fabulous crew, then this is the trip for you. If you want snorkelling on the barrier reef, chose another provider!

56 people on the boat !!! But it can host up to70 people and it gave the feeling to be quite packed with 50...so if you look for a trip more authentic than find a better cruise

This trip was amazing. The catamaran was beautiful, stable, and fast . We had great wind so we got to sail. This trip is an exceptional value for the cost. The crew were professional, helpful, welcoming and courteous. The food and beverage options exceeded expectation. A must do!
