About this activity
After meeting your driver guide specialized in Provence wine, you will be drive for 1 hour to reach the first winery.
This winery is well known for its spectacular cellar in a cathedral.
We will visit it to discover all the wine making process and know more about bio-dynamic culture just before the wine tasting of the 3 colors (white, rosé and red).
For lunch, your guide has chosen a friendly Provencal restaurant with a nice terrasse that we could enjoy according to the weather.
After lunch, you will be drive to Les Baux de Provence where you will have some photos in this fabulous landscape.
Then, a traditional olive oil mill will welcome you and the owner will share with you his passion of the olive. You will learn everything about the olive oil making and have a tasting of 4 different olive oils of the appellation "Baux de Provence".
To finish the day, you will visit a second winery, very different from the first one, and have another wine tasting.
At the end of the afternoon, your guide will drop you off at the meeting point, in the center of Aix-en-Provence.
