Coteaux d'Aix: Wines and Calisson tour with lunch in a winery

Departure from "La Rotonde" d'Aix-en-Provence at 9.15am. Meeting point: in front of the shop "La Cure Gourmande", CC Les Allées Provençales

Our day starts with the visit of the Calisson's museum and factory: you will discover all the secrets of this gastronomic emblem of Aix-en-Provence and its history.
Than we will visit the 1st winery with tasting and we will have lunch in the vineyard with the wine of the estate.
!!! We are the only one to offer an all inclusive tour with the lunch in the vineyard !!!!
In the afternoon, visit of two others wineries with tasting.

Each winery has a particularity. 
You will meet with the winemakers or someone on his team and all along the day you will discover how the wine is made from the vineyard to the bottling. Grape varieties, pruning, harvest, vinification process, bottling chain, ageing. You will know everything!
Tasting of min 14 different wines!

Return to our meeting point around 6pm
