The beautiful town of Alba in the heart of Piedmont is home to the region's finest food and wine, and this hands-on cooking class with a local chef is the perfect way to unplug and indulge your senses. 
You'll spend the morning in a country kitchen learning the techniques and secrets of traditional Piedmontese dishes, and enjoying stories about the different recipes and ingredients. Then it's time to savour the fruits of your labors, accompanied with the finest local wines. A unique and delicious insight into this picturesque corner of Italy. Piedmont with a personal touch.

Schedule : 

9:30 am meeting point in the town of Alba . An English speaking guide will carry you to explore the authentic farmers market of Alba. Guided tour through the Middle Ages town centre in search of the freshest iorganic ingredients for the class , led by our local chef

10:30am – 1 pm Cooking Experience in a country kitchen with a talented Piedmontese chef. 
1 pm – 2.30 pm Full seated lunch to enjoy the fruits of your labors with one glass of local artisan wine per course, water, coffee and digestif.

2:45 pm leave the kitchen and back to departure point 

3:00 pm arrive to Alba, end of services
