This supper club features a unique, local tradition: the cataplana. Our head chef, an Algarve native, has dreamed up several courses all made and served in this beautiful vessel. Come be surprised by all the delicious food that can be prepared in the curved copper cataplana. Our supper club is exactly what it sounds like—a casual evening around the table, in good company with great food. Try a new dining experience at Pine Cliffs Resort. Sip on a welcome drink, meet your fellow diners, and settle into your table in the kitchen to see what's simmering on our stoves. Our fantastic and luxurious cooking school is the perfect place for people to come together to try new dishes and enjoy a fabulous, convivial atmosphere. Our wine expert will arrange a selection of wines to pair with the dishes prepared by one of our chefs. Meanwhile, our chef will talk you through the dishes they are preparing, so you can pick up a few tricks for your home kitchen. The supper club is great opportunity to exchange conversation with others that share your love for all things culinary.
