Dolphin Watching and Cave Boat Cruise from Albufeira

About this activity
During this 2 hour cruise you will have the chance to see these animals in their natural environment. Upon departure head towards the dolphin location, as for the rest of the itinerary you will cruise along the coastline, caves and rock formations which make the southern coast of Portugal one of the most beautiful in the world. The activity is divided in two parts, 1 hour for the dolphin search and 1 hour for the caves & coastline, the order may change.
The waters of the Algarve coastline are the passing point for different species, especially whales, sharks, turtles, sea birds and mainly cetaceous (dolphins). The species that are most seen are the “short-beaked common dolphin” (Delphinus Delphis) and the “common bottle-nose dolphin” (Tursiops Truncatus), as this last one can reach up to 4 meters in length and live up to 45 years of age.
You will embark in a catamaran, unique in Portugal, equipped with 50 comfortable seats, W/C and free Wi-Fi. The selected boat may be changed for a smaller boat on low season according to the number of passengers.
