Spanish Cooking Class in the Algarve

Learn how to make all the greatest hits of one of Europe’s greatest foodie countries, Spain. Don’t worry, you will glean the tips & tricks to the perfect paella, but our chefs will also guide you through lesser-known yet equally iconic dishes, like Galician octopus, Spanish omelette, refreshing gazpacho and warming stews. Capture the bright, dramatic flavours of Spanish cuisine and take the techniques home with you.

Each Spanish Cooking class ends with a delicious lunch and carefully chosen wine pairings. You will gather around our dining table to enjoy what you and your fellow classmates have created using your newly acquired techniques.

Includes: Welcome drink, expert chef instruction, aperitif, 100% hands-on class, multi-course lunch comprised of the dishes made in class, a selection of wines, digestif, recipes.

Dress Code: Closed shoes must be worn in all cooking experiences, to reduce the risk of accidents. Gests not complying with this rule will not be allowed to join the class.
