You will have a choice of choosing one of the following sites: - Pompeii offers a vision of a Roman town frozen in time due to the devastating eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD. You will see Roman shops, baths and brothels. Experience Pompeii before and after the epic eruption 2,000 years ago. Imagine the moment their world vanished and discover the miraculous artefacts unearthed since. Witness the life and death of those frozen in time by ash. - Herculaneum, just like Pompeii was a town buried by the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD which provides a complete and vivid picture of society and daily life of the Roman society. Herculaneum disappeared under a pyroclastic flow of volcanic mud as Pompeii was buried under a thick layer of volcanic ash and stone. You will see spacious houses shrines, baths and outside the walls and surroundings containing many fine villas such as the magnificent Villa of the Papyri. Herculaneum was a holiday resort for rich Romans from the region with its fine views of and easy access to the sea. Oplontis the so-called Villa Poppaea is an ancient Roman seaside villa situated between Naples and Sorrento. It is also referred to as the Villa Oplontis, or more precisely as a villa. The villa itself is a large structure situated in the ancient Roman town Oplontis. You will see well-preserved frescos and small and incredible garden-alcoves. Evidence suggests that it was owned by Emperor Nero and believed to have been used by his second and rather a notorious wife, Poppaea Sabina, as her main residence when she was not in Rome. You will also have a choice of choosing two of the following tasting tours: - Limoncello, olive oil and wine tasting. With this tour, your tastes buds will awaken with the flavours of Southern Italy. - Visiting Gargiulo factory where you will have the opportunity to taste various kinds of olive oil. - Visiting Giardini Di Cataldo where you will have the opportunity to experience various flavours of limoncello. Both lemon and olive groves are a beautiful oasis of Sorrento. These oasis will allow you to walk through some breathtaking paths.You will be able to taste and purchase typical Sorrento products and liqueurs: limoncello, oranges, mandarin, liquorice, basil, fennels, nuts and various olive oils. - Having wine tour around Vesuvius volcano where there is a breathtaking wine yard. It is a magical place filled natural scenery and panoramic views. Here you will have the opportunity to test 7 different types of wine as well eat authentic Italian food such as bruschetta, cheese, locally made pasta as well as homemade cake for 20 per person.
