Two Night Tour to Petra and the Dead Sea

Itinerary

Day 1: Amman - Madaba - Mt. Nebo - Dead Sea - Petra

Stop At: Madaba Mosaic Map, Inside St. George's Church, Madaba Jordan
Your private transport will collect you at either your hotel in Amman or at Queen Alia International airport in Amman to drive to Madaba (40 min drive). In Madaba you will see the mosaic map of the Holy land at St George Church
Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Mount Nebo, Madaba Jordan
and then travel to Mount Nebo (15 min drive) where you can look at the fantastic views of the Holy Land.
Duration: 40 minutes

Stop At: Dead Sea, Madaba Jordan
You will be driven down to the lowest point on earth by the Dead Sea (40 min drive) where you will have lunch and the opportunity to float in its unique waters. Finally continue the drive south to Petra (3 hr drive) an overnight at your hotel.
Duration: 2 hours

Day 2: Petra

Stop At: Jordan Petra, Petra - Wadi Musa 77110 Jordan
After breakfast you start your 2 1/2 hour private guided tour of the ancient city of Petra - walk through the 1200m (2/3 mile) Siq to see the Treasury, the Street of Facades, passed the Theatre and down the Roman Street and have a panoramic view of the Royal Tombs before finishing the tour.
Then you will have free time to further explore this large city (climb to the Monastery 900 steps for example).
Then back to the hotel for an overnight.

Day 3: Petra - Amman

Pass By: Al Balad – Downtown Amman, Amman Jordan
After breakfast you will be driven back to Amman or the airport (3 hour drive) depending on your schedule and end of the tour.
