The captain was entertaining, but it was way to hot to be sitting on a boat with sun boiling down. Would be better if cold drinks available on boat.

Was nice, but as we had already went on a bike tour of Amsterdam found that we had already seen and heard about the same things.

Nothing like a nice and relaxing canal cruise in Amsterdam to see some sites and hear some history.

People were helpful directing us to the right boats. Unfortunately, they were unable to take the tickets I'd printed upon booking, requiring us to go to their office to get official tickets. The boat was comfortable, information via headphones good though sometimes it was difficult it identify sites mentioned, and provided a beautiful and extensive view of the city.
