SPECIAL ITINERARY
DAY 1 (31 March Friday)
Departure from Schiphol at 09:30, extra pick up point along the route is subject to participants. We will be heading directly to Lille, France, a boutique city, picturesque scenery, dazzles, charming and romantic atmosphere, a variety of tiny specialty shops which make this area with many architectural treasures simply marvellous to explore!
DAY 2 (1 April Saturday)
After breakfast at hotel at 09:30, we drive directly to Mont Saint-Michel. which is one of Europe’s most unforgettable sights. Set in the mesmerising bay where Normandy and Brittany merge, the island draws the eye from great distances. The bay around Mont Saint Michel is famous for its extreme tides. Depending on the season and the gravitational pull of the moon, the difference between low and high tides can reach 15 m. Regardless of the time of year, the waters sweep in at an astonishing rate; at low tide the Mont can be surrounded by bare sand for miles around, but at high tide, barely six hours later, the whole bay is often entirely submerged by the sea.
DAY 3 (2 April Sunday)
After breakfast at hotel at 09:30, happy return! On the way, we stopover in medieval city Ghent for a city tour, then head directly back to The Netherlands. Finish an unforgettable UNESCO Easter long weekend tour!
Look for a special once-in-a-lifetime UNESCO journey? Do not miss the rare and opportunity!
