About this activity
Itinerary
We meet at our office location on 5th Ave, where we then drive you to the trailhead. This hike begins by summiting Little O’Malley. The top is a bit steep and may require the use of hands. At the top you'll take in the views of the entire Anchorage Bowl and the Chugach's west range. Next, we hike to "the Ballpark" a missive, flat glacier valley sitting under big O'Malley's summit. After exploration of the area we will have our snack and a break before turning around and heading back down. The entire hike is about 6 miles round-trip. You will then be driven back into Anchorage.
