3 Day Course: Levels 1-2 Sport Climbing Certification

In this course, you will make the transition from top rope climbing to the more advanced lead climbing. The first day we will teach you all the skills required to know for Level 1. During the 2nd and 3rd day this course builds on the top-rope skills acquired from Level 1 and teaches a progression into lead climbing. You will learn lead climbing technique, knots, and anchor setting on various types of bolts used for climbing worldwide. We will also teach you how to safely bail out of a climb if you cannot reach the top anchor. This is a very important lesson every climber should learn before attempting to climb without supervision from a trained guide or professional. At the end of the course, you will be assessed on what you have learned and issued a certification for Level 2 Sports Climbing.
