Day 1: Yerevan
Pass By: Zvartnots International Airport
Arrival to Armenia.
Meals included:

Day 2: Yerevan: City tour: Matenadaran – Megerian Carpets – City Walk
Stop At: Matenadaran - The Museum of Ancient Manuscripts, Yerevan
In the morning the guide will be waiting for you in order to start the tour. First, we will stop in Matenadaran, which holds rich collection of ancient manuscripts. Later, we will visit Megerian carpet factory. In the evening we will stroll through Yerevan. At the end of the day we will accompany you to the hotel.

Day 3: Yerevan – Geghard – Basalt Organs – Garni – Yerevan
Stop At: The Monastery of Geghard, Geghard, Kotayk Province
At the beginning of this day we will head to uncover Garni and Geghard. The UNESCO heritage site Geghard Monastery, will welcome us first. Next, we will unpack nature-made ''basalt organ''. Later, we will discover Garni Pagan Temple.

Stop At: Garni Gorge, Garni, Kotayk Province
located in the same valley. This is the only non-Christian, religious structure in Armenia. The gorgeous view of mountains and cliffs around, it is the best place to take pictures. At the end of the day we will return to Yerevan.

Day 4: Yerevan – Saghmosavank – Amberd – Aragats – Yerevan
Stop At: Saghmosavank Monastery, Artashavan, Aragatsotn
The day of adventurous discoveries starts from 13th-century monastic complex Saghmosavank,

Stop At: Amberd Fortress, Byurakan, Aragatsotn
Later, we will head to the 11th-century fortress - Amberd.

Stop At: Mount Aragats, Aragatsotn
Afterward, we will hike to Qari lake, located on the highest mountain of Armenia - Aragats (4090 meters above sea level). We will hike up to the Southern peak of Aragats (3888 meters above sea level), where you will admire the Mount Ararat. At the end of the day, you will have a comfortable transfer back to your hotel.

Day 5: Yerevan – Khor - Virap – Zangakatun – Areni – Noravank – Karahunj – Goris
Stop At: Khor Virap, Lusarat, Ararat Province
The first stop will be Khor-Virap Monastery and admire the view of Ararat. Later, we will depart to Zangakatun village. Next, we will drive to the wine-making region - Areni.

Stop At: Noravank Gorge, Areni, Vayots Dzor Province
Afterwards, we will drive to Amaghu Gorge, which is always twined with Grand Canyon, where one of the most beautiful monasteries called Noravank is situated. This is a perfect location for taking pictures and admiring the red cliffs. While there, we will have a coffee break in a cozy cave-cafe. In the evening we will arrive in Goris to stay overnight.

Day 6: Goris – Khndzoresk – Tatev – Goris
Stop At: Khndzoresk Swinging Bridge, Yerevan
In the morning we will visit the old village, Khndzoresk with its caves.

Later, we will head to the majestic Monastery of Tatev.

Stop At: Wings of Tatev, Halidzor, Syunik Province
Here, we will take the longest reversible ropeway of the world. At the end of the day, we will return to our hotel in Goris.

Day 7: Goris – Selim – Noratus – Hayravank – Sevanavank – Dilijan
Stop At: Selim Caravanserai, Aghnjadzor, Vayots Dzor Province
Today, we will drive to Selim caravanserai. Later, we will head to Noratus, which is an ancient cemetery, covered with khachkars.

Near the village Hayrawank, on the western shore of Lake Sevan, we will visit the Hayravank Monastery built in the 9th century, which overlooks gorgeous lake Sevan.

Afterwards, we will head to Sevan peninsula to explore another precious ancient structure − Sevanavank Monastery. Due to great location, we will have a fantastic view over the ''Blue Pearl'' and its nearby area. In the evening we will depart to Dilijan and stay in a hotel.

Day 8: Dilijan – Haghartsin – Goshavank – Gosh Lake – Yerevan
Stop At: Haghartsin Monastery, Dilijan, Tavush Province
The tour will start from the town Dilijan.

Soon we will depart to Goshavank Monastery − another ancient place to admire. Later, the trekking will continue to Lake Gosh − a small piece of paradise with picturesque lake and lush forests that embrace the emerald island. In the evening you will be dropped-off at your hotel in Yerevan.

Next, we will proceed our tour to explore Etchmiadzin.

Stop At: The Churches of Echmiatsin and the Archaeological Site of Zvartnots, Vagharshapat, Armavir Province
Next we will stop at the ruins of Zvartnots cathedral. Our upcoming destination will be Aknashen village. Here you can take part in traditional "lavash" baking process as well as taste the best representation of Armenian local recipes.

Day 10: Recommended Tour Extension. Yerevan - Gyumri
Stop At: Gyumri Main Square, Gyumri, Shirak Province
Today we will take the train to the second biggest city in Armenia − Gyumri. This city is considered the center of the Armenian humor, hospitality and art. We will take a stroll through the streets and uncover antique architecture of the Old Town with wooden balconies and colorful facades. We can observe the daily routine of the locals as well as that of the craftsmen.

Day 11: Recommended Tour Extension. Gyumri – Harichavank – Yererouk – Yerevan
Stop At: Harichavank Monastery, Shirak Province
Today we will leave Gyumri to uncover Harich village with its 7th-century Haritchavank Monastery. Together with mediaeval style structure, you will have a great view over the canyon. Next, we will take a direction to the archeological site of the basilica church Yererouk, which is partially destroyed, but still attracts thousands of new visitors every year. Late in the evening you will be dropped-off at your hotel in Yerevan.
