Day 1: Arrival: Transfer to the hotel

Pass By: Republic Square, Yerevan 0010 Armenia
Welcome to Armenia!
We are glad to see you in our country!
Once you arrive at Zvartnots International Airport, you will be met by Feel Armenia team. From that very moment, we take the responsibility of your amazing and unforgettable time here. You will be transferred to the hotel by a private vehicle (in case of a big number of guests by a bus). You could be really tired after the flight(s), so we have not planned anything for this day. You will have time to relax and get prepared for the following days.

Day 2: City Tour: Victory Park- Cascade Complex-Cafesjian Center for the Art- Opera House-History Museum-Ararat Brandy Factory

Stop At: Victory Park and Statue of Mother Armenia, Azatutyan Ave, Yerevan Armenia
Let’s give a start! We begin exploring the heart of Armenia, Yerevan. Our capital city is really old. Maybe you ask ‘How old is it?’ Yerevan is 2800 years old. It combines the old and the new in the best way. First, we go to the amusement park of Victory. The huge statue of Mother Armenia is guarding Armenian generations day and night and gives the perfect view of the city. Mother Armenia symbolizes peace through strength.

Stop At: Cafesjian Center for the Arts, Tamanyan str. 10, Yerevan 0009 Armenia
Take your way to Cascade Complex, the giant staircase stretching down the hill and housing one of the magnificent museums in Armenia. From the Cascade top, we will work our way down and enter the Cafesjian Museum of the Art. Get acquainted with the sparking minds of modern Armenian artists right here.
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes

Stop At: The Armenian National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet named after Alexander Spendiaryan, Tumanyan O. str. 54, Yerevan 0002 Armenia
Exploring the city centre, we come to the House of Opera and Ballet. Located in the heart of Yerevan, the Armenian National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet named after Alexander Spendiaryan (Yerevan Opera House) is a cultural hub and an architectural triumph. After a super-delicious lunch, we continue our route, and what is next?

Stop At: History Museum of Armenia, Republic Square 4, Yerevan 375010 Armenia
What a tour of a country if we don’t know its history? Therefore, the next stop is the History Museum of Armenia, where the pages of our history are preserved to show how Armenian civilization has developed.
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Yerevan Brandy Factory, Admirala Isakova ave 2, Yerevan 0004 Armenia
At Republic Square, we visit the museum and make our way to Ararat Brandy Factory to have the exceptional evening amid the different flavours and scents of Armenian cognac. The factory is just heaven!

Day 3: Geghard (Choir)-Garni (Duduk Concert)

Stop At: The Monastery of Geghard, Geghard Armenia
Today we pull back the curtains on two exceptionally beautiful architectural pieces of Armenian masters. We begin Yerevan and make our way towards Geghard discovering a UNESCO-protected monastery. Dig deeper into the monastic complex with our guide and discover the roots of Christianity. We explore the monastery amid the breathtaking mountains. Imagine the moment you hear the divine sounds of spiritual music by the choir.

Stop At: Garni Temple, Geghard Monastery Road H3, Garni Armenia
Then, drive into the idyllic countryside towards an absolutely incredible village called Garni. What is so exciting in the village? The only pagan temple existing in Armenia from the 1st century is in front of you. Garni temple is one of the exceptionally unique constructions not only in Armenia but in the whole world as well. On the edge of the cliff surrounded by mighty mountains, and under the roof of the temple, savour the Armenian national instrument duduk.
Right here, in this fascinating village, sample the most delicious piece of bread in the world called Lavash. Moreover, take part in the baking process and get acquainted with all its details. Explore the culinary delights of Armenian cuisine.

Day 4: Sevanavank-Haghartsin-Goshavank

Stop At: Monastery Sevanavank, next the Holy Mother of God Church, Sevan Armenia
Great day!
Following delicious breakfast in the morning, we head to the northern region of Armenia. One, two, three… and you are here, by the shore of Lake Sevan. The crystal clear Sevan is the largest freshwater lake. Take the way up the hill, and voila, in front of you is Sevanavank monastery. Have a bird’s-eye view from the top of the hill and feel the inexplicable beauty of Armenians’ pride.

Stop At: Haghartsin Monastery, Dilijan Armenia
Wait, wait, this is not all!
We continue the route. But, be attentive to the surroundings of your road. You will be just amazed by the huge landscape difference. All is green, everywhere is green, and the houses and other buildings are like planted in the forest. You enter Armenian Switzerland, quite a small city Dilijan. Head to Haghartsin Monastic Complex. The century-old monastery has combined the exceptional capability of Armenian masters and the typical mountainous landscapes.

Stop At: Goshavank Monastery, Gosh Armenia
Next is Goshavank, the 12th-century monastery. The monastic complex has been built by a great man called Gosh. He was the one who wrote a code of laws which has been the basis of the present-day Constitution of Armenia. Both Haghartsin and Goshavank have had great importance in the development of cultural, educational life of our people for centuries.

Day 5: Echmiadzin-Noravank-Karahunj-Goris (Overnight)

Stop At: Echmiadzin Monastery, Vagharshapat Armenia
Spiritual city of Armenia… Echmiadzin is the oldest Christian monastery in the world. Her you will discover what it means to touch the complete harmony. And the museum, the treasury museum of Echmiadzin, has the most important holy items, like the Holy Lance ‘Gerhard’.

Stop At: Noravank Monastery, Areni Armenia
Then head to Noravank. The towering mountains around the monastery are the guardians which bare full responsibility of the maintenance of the truly wonderful monastic complex.

Stop At: Karahundj (Armenia's Stonehenge), Sisian Armenia
We leave Noravank and head south and get to Karahunj. From first sight, Karahundj is just a group of stones taken together. But remember about Stonehenge? The same here. That group of stones actually has had a significant role in scientific calculations. Well, you will know much more here standing by the stones.

Day 6: Goris-Tatev-Khor Virap-Yerevan

Stop At: Wings of Tatev, Halidzor Village, Halidzor Armenia
Set in the magnificent natural surroundings with mighty-mountain views, Tatev monastery is welcoming us. The longest ropeway will take you to the exquisite architectural wonder. You will have the feeling of absolute freedom with the wings of Tatev. This is where you will immerse in nature and fly high in the endless sky. The majestic power of the monastery takes you to the times when the monastery was the centre of Armenian educational life. All the manuscripts written there, all the geniuses having studied there, and all the soldiers having fought for the freedom of the Armenian kingdom will come out from the dust of the history.

Stop At: Khor Virap, Artashat, Lusarat Armenia
On the way back to Yerevan, we will visit Khor Virap. You will wonder where it is. Anchored by mighty Mt Ararat, Khor Virap is the monastery where the first preacher of Christianity Grigor the Illuminator had been kept for 13 years before Christianity was adopted. The view of the biblical mountain is indescribable. You need to feel the might and majesty, and you need to touch freedom and harmony.

Day 7: Departure: Transfer to the airport

Pass By: Republic Square, Yerevan 0010 Armenia
Enjoy your breakfast at your leisure this morning, we have nothing to rush for. It is the day to say goodbye. If you have time before your flight, you can go to Vernissage or Gum Local Market to get everything from Armenian culture and cuisine.
You will be driven to the airport in time for your departure. Safe travel!
