Garni Temple is one of the most popular touristic places in Armenia, as it is the only standing Pegan - hellenistic temple in the territory of Armenia and Pre-Soviet Union region. Located above the picturesque gorge of Azat river, the Temple blends beautifully with the surrounding scenery. 24 columns give the Temple an elegant architectural appearance.
Garni was built in 1st century A.D. In the territory of Garni there are Royal bath, ruins of the Royal summer palace and winery.

Visit: The Monastery of Geghard, Geghard Armenia

After only 15 minutes we will reach to Geghard monastery which was built in IV – XIII centuries A.D. It is a unique sample of cave-carved monastery where the spear of Longinus was kept for a long time before it was transported to the Cathedral of ST. Echmiadzin. Fantastic acoustics and the interior of the monastery will help you to feel the strong energy enveloped for centuries.

Our next stop will be one of the largest high-mountain freshwater lakes in the world – Lake Sevan. The pearl of Armenia is located at an altitude of almost 2000m height above sea level. Embrance of the mountain ranges protect this precious fresh water reservoir with an area of 1240 sq. km.
Sevan Peninsula is famous for its monastery complex Sevanavank founded in the VIII – IX centuries A.D. Climbing the slopes of the Peninsula you will see the panoramic view of Lake Sevan.
In summer Sevan welcomes it’s guest with warm water and with all year round unforgettably tasting fish in the world.
