Wine tour in Signaghi and Telavi from Tbilisi

Day 1

In the morning your driver-guide will pick you up from your hotel in Tbilisi for taking you to the wine region of Kakheti. Your first stop will be in a lovely town Sagarejo, after a stroll around the town we will visit the family wine cellar near Sagarejo where we will have lunch and wine degustation. Later, we will drive to the wine town Sighnaghi which is considered as a popular tourist destination due to its location at the heart of Georgia's grape valleys. We will check-in at the hotel in Signaghi and later we will have a sightseeing tour around the town.

In the evening we will enjoy a delicious meal paired with good local wine. Overnight in Sighaghi.

Day 2

In the morning after breakfast, we will take a direction towards Telavi. On the way, we will visit Ikalto Monastery with its academy built in the 6th century. Later, we will discover Alaverdi Monastery founded in the 11th century. In the afternoon we will have a delicious lunch and have some good local wine. Later, we will visit another wine cellar where we will taste the best Kakhetian wines. In the evening we will return to Tbilisi.
