Winter hiking in Armenia

Be picked up and transferred from Yerevan to Aghveran - a beautiful small town in between mountains. On arrival, listen to a brief introduction, strap on your supplied snowshoes, and follow your guide at a steady pace. Relish the sensation of walking easily over the snow with your snowshoes. During the 2-hour walk, crunch over sparkling flat terrain and gentle hills, and pad through crisp snow that surrounds the tranquil spruce and birch forests. Enjoy wonderful panoramic views which are opening on mountains and surrounding forests. There are several stops planned along the way to admire the scenery and take photos. Hot drinks and pakhlava are served on route.
