About this activity
The hands on cooking class in Cortona starts at 11am in the morning and lasts after lunch.
After a coffee and a talk with the chef, you will start cooking your complete Tuscan meal: from antipasto, to hand made pasta and its sauce, second course and side dish, dessert. The menu varies following the seasons and all the ingredients you will use are produced locally, to let you know and taste all the best that our area can offer.
After the preparation of the meals, you will enjoy your Tuscan lunch together with the chef and your party! Water and wine are included. Chef speaks English and Italian. Vegetarian Menu is available upon request.
