Private Day Trip to Baux de Provence and St Remy from Arles

Meet your driver at a centrally located place in Arles in the morning or in the afternoon and depart to les Baux de Provence, a village located upon a rock at 245/803ft of altitude, with its historical pedestrian center : the museum of Santons, the Hotel des Porcelets, beautiful houses from the 16th century, the Romanesque styled St Vincent Church, among others. You will have the possibility to enjoy the audiovisual show (ticket not included) in the Carrières de Lumière (Quarry of Light) : reproductions of famous paintings are displayed on the walls of the quarry while music is on. Continue to Saint Rémy de Provence to have a look at the Antiques : Triumphal Arch and mausoleum located in an olive-tree field, you will be nearby Saint-Paul de Mausole, mental hospital where Van Gogh stayed for a year to see some sites painted by him (entrance fees not included). At the end of the tour, your guide will drive yo back to Arles.
