4: days Big five safari

Day 1:ARUSHA-TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK
You will be picked up from your hotel/ lodge in Arusha and head to Tarangire national park for game drives. The distance from Arusha to Tarangire is km 120 and two hour’s drive from Arusha town. We arrive in for game drives and later head to Tarangire pick nick site for lunch. After lunch continue with the game drives followed by walking with armed ranger and late afternoon head out and drive up to karatu and overnight at Eileen’s lodge. Diner, Breakfast, Lunch

Day 2:TARANGIRE NP - SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast we do depart to Serengeti plains via the land of the maasai the Ngorongoro conservation area and continue down to the famous Serengeti slowly game enroute. We arrive at the main gate for lunch and after paper work we continue with the game drives exploring the Serengeti and its animals. Later head to Serengeti Heritage luxury tented camp for overnight. Diner, Breakfast, Lunch

SERENGETI-NGORONGORO CRATER- Karatu
After breakfast, you'll depart for Ngorongoro Crater; considered by some to be the Eighth Wonder of the World. When you get your first glimpse of this vast, verdant caldera from the panoramic viewpoint, you'll soon understand why it has earned such a lofty reputation. Home to over 120 species of mammal including the fabled Big Five, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area is one of the most sought after safari destinations in the world. It's a particularly good place to see the endangered black rhinoceros enjoying a lonely meal out on the grass plains, as well as a place to see large numbers of hippopotamus enjoying the cool water. From the comfort of your open-top vehicle, you'll be able to observe and photograph some of Africa's most recognizable faces. The crater is home to a large number of predators including lions, leopards, cheetahs, jackals, and hyenas. Later heading to Eileen's tree inn lodge. Diner, Breakfast, Lunch

NGORONGORO – Lake Manyara National Park
In the morning you will be picked up from your hotel and heading to Lake Manyara National Park. The small park stretches along the 600 m high Rift Valley Escarpment and is dominated by the alkaline Lake Manyara. Many water birds gather at the lake and more than 400 bird species are found in the park. The diverse vegetation provides a habitat for many animals such as monkeys in the forest, giraffes and antelopes on the grasslands and elephants around the acacia trees. If you are very lucky you might also see the Manyara lions, lounging in the trees. In the late afternoon you will leave the Park and heading to Arusha for overnight or transfer to airport to connect with your flight to next destination.
