Day 1: Kilimanjaro Airport to Arusha

Pass By: Arusha Mageso Chember, Arusha National Park Tanzania
The first day of your tour is set aside for your arrival which will also compensate for any flight or other delays. You’ll spend the rest of the day in your hotel in Arusha. B,D

Day 2: Following breakfast transfer to Tangire National Park for a full day game drive

Stop At: Babati, tanzania, Tarangire National Park 3134 Tanzania
From Arusha, we’ll depart for Tarangire National Park. It is a haven for birds with over 550 bird species, the world’s largest selection found in one habitat, find their home in Tarangire. The ostrich the largest bird in the world can be found in here which will greet you in its party dress of plumes! B,L,D

Day 3: Thrilling Ngorongoro Crater Rim Game drives

Stop At: Ngorongoro Crater, Ngorongoro, Ngorongoro Conservation Area Tanzania
Following a leisurely breakfast at Gibbs Farm Lodge, we’ll leave for Ngorongoro Conservation Area to visit the famous Ngorongoro Caldera. We’ll descend down into the caldera very early in the morning to its wildlife that can be spotted grazing on the crater floor. The Ngorongoro Crater is often called “Africa’s Garden of Eden.”
A massive extinct volcano,“Noah’s Ark” is a sheet of walls dropping thousands of feet of animals on the verdant floor below. Large herds of zebra, buffalo, antelope and wildebeest graze while the can be spotted lazing under the sun. At dawn, the endangered black rhino can be seen returning back to its habitat in the thick cover of the crater forests after feeding to the fullest on dew-laden grass as a result of the morning mist. Day 4: Central Serengeti National Park

Stop At: Serengeti National Park Tanzania
Our next stop will be Serengeti National Park, and we’ll be exploring the central part of the park for two straight days which have been an ideal home to thousands of wildlife for millions of years. As we enter the park, we’ll be spotting wildebeests, zebras, gazelles, and giraffes on the first day itself in large numbers. After a good short game drive, we’ll depart from Karatu and drive to Central Serengeti. B,L,D

Day 5: Central Serengeti National Park

Stop At: Serengeti National Park Tanzania
You will proceed with Serengeti game drives searching for big cats leopards and lions

Day 6: Central to Northern Serengeti

Stop At: Serengeti National Park Tanzania
On the sixth day, we’ll start off with a game drive around Central Serengeti while heading for the northern part of Serengeti where the wildebeest great migration late-August and September brings river crossing, this time on the mighty Mara River, as the herds cross from the Serengeti into Kenya’s Maasai Mara National Reserve. This event is often referred to as the “World Cup of Wildlife” as millions of wildebeest and zebras run the river in the hope of eluding the Nile crocodiles and hippos that inhabit the waters. B,L,D
Note: Wildebeest Migration – July to October:
The month of July, herds start moving northwards with the thundershowers in search of pasture land. August and September are the months when the wildebeests cross the Mara River. You’ll be witnessing the same on sixth or seventh day, at max.

Day 7: Full day in Kogatende Area, North Serengeti

Stop At: Serengeti National Park Tanzania
After the morning breakfast, we’ll go for a full day game drive in Kogatende accompanied by our safari guide where we’ll have an excellent view of the wildebeest migration event. more than 1,245,000 wildebeests, 200,000 Burchell’s zebras, 18,000 elands and 500,000 Thomson’s Gazelles can be seen traversing the territory. Spend two days admiring the herds. B,L,D

Day 8: Full day in Kogatende Area, North Serengeti

Following a scrumptious breakfast, we’ll leave behind the Camp and head for Kogatende Airstrip. Enjoy the scenic game drive en route. Depart Kogatende Airstrip Serengeti for Kilimanjaro Airport or any other international airport for flight back home. B,L
