Classic Tanzania Safari

DAY 1

KILIMANJARO - ARUSHA

Sirini Safaris wildlife guide will be waiting for you at the exit of the airport arrivals terminal holding up a sign with your name on it. To adjust to the new environment and to get ready for the safari, your guide will transfer you to the lodge in Arusha. Dinner will be served shortly after your arrival. Accommodation: Rivertrees Country Inn (Luxury) - or similar.

DAY 2 

TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast, your guide will pick you up from the lodge to start the journey towards Tarangire National Park. Spend the day exploring the wilderness and enjoy your picnic lunch in the nature. Accommodation: Swala Camp (Luxury) - or similar.

DAY 3

LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK

Wake up to the sound of the nature and enjoy your breakfast in total seclusion amongst giant acacia tree. After, Take a beautiful game drive towards Lake Manyara National Park. You will spend half a day on a game drive looking for elephants, hippos, buffalos, zebras & baboons. In the afternoon you will head out of the park to spend an overnight in a nearby luxury farmhouse. Accommodation: Gibbs farm (Luxury) - or similar.

DAY 4

EAST & CENTRAL SERENGETI

This morning's adventurous route will lead to the endless plains where the large herds of wildebeest can be found. Along with the herds, come the predators, so you are in for some spectacular wildlife experiences. Spend the next 2 nights in a luxury camp, positioned in the remote and wildlife rich area of Serengeti, unique for its high population of lions. Accommodation: Namiri Plains Camp (Luxury) - or similar.

DAY 5 & 6

SOUTH & WEST SERENGETI

This morning's picturesque & adventurous route will lead to the endless plains where the large herds of wildebeest can be found. Along with the herds, come the predators, so you are in for some spectacular wildlife experiences. Accommodation: Kichakani Camp (Luxury) - or similar.

DAY 7

NGORONGORO CRATER

Set out to the journey from Serengeti to Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where you will stay for the next 2 nights. Drive to the Ngorongoro Crater floor for a thrilling game drive in search of the rare black rhino. Ngorongoro Crater supports more than 30,000 large mammals. The crater floor provides also a great chance to spot Africa’s “Big Five” animals. Accommodation: Sanctuary Ngorongoro Camp (Luxury) - or similar.

DAY 8

NGORONGORO - KILIMANJARO

This morning you can either head out one more time to the crater floor for a game drive or spend your morning leisurely in the camp. Before noon, it is time to start your return trip to Kilimanjaro airport. If your travel schedule allows, your guide can make a few stops on the way to visit local markets.
