Enjoy this 4 mile scenic and exciting float down the French Broad near our home base in Asheville. We will paddle along the majestic French Broad river through some exciting class 2-3 rapids. We'll all paddle our individual kayaks, also known as “duckies,” which are a stable and exciting way to see a new river. It’s like a raft that you can paddle yourself! At the conclusion, we'll pass by walnut island before taking the scenic drive back to our shop. It will be the highlight of your trip!
