The tour will start with pick up from your accommodation in Florence.

An English speaking driver with a private vehicle will be with you during the entire day and since the tour is private you’ll be able to customize the itinerary.

Wine Tasting in the Umbria countryside included!

If you wish, you have the option to include a local private licensed guide in Assisi, Perugia and Corciano.

You can also decide to go for a good lunch (not included) in a local restaurant in one of the towns, and your driver can easily take you there.

The stops you’ll be able to make during your tour will be:

At the end of the tour the driver will take you back to your accommodation in Florence.

Assisi:

It was the birthplace of St. Francis, who founded the Franciscan religious order in the town in 1208, and St. Clare, the founder of the Poor Sisters. Nowadays Assisi is a popular destination not only for religious tours, but also for the history that the city has witnessed during the centuries. The Basilica of San Francesco d’Assisi is the most important site to visit while in town.

Perugia:

The history of Perugia goes back to the Etruscan period. Perugia was one of the main Etruscan cities. The city is also known as the universities town, with the University of Perugia founded in 1308, the University for Foreigners, and some smaller institutes. There are annual festivals and events, the most important of those being the Eurochocolate Festival held in October.

Corciano:

Surrounded by the medieval walls of the 13th-13th century, the old town of Corciano is all an alternation of small ascents and descents, staircases and new corners to peek at, houses built of limestone and travertine. It is one of the most beautiful villages in Italy and is located a few kilometers from Perugia.
