Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival at the Cairo airport

Pass By: Tourism Cairo Office - Cairo Airport, Cairo, Cairo Governorate
Arrival at the Cairo airport. A representative will assist you through passport control formalities, luggage identification. From the airport, you will be transferred by a private car to your hotel and overnight stay in Cairo. (No Meals)

Day 2: Visit the great Pyramids

Stop At: Pyramids of Giza, Giza, Giza Governorate
Breakfast. Visit the great Pyramids -The Pyramid of Cheops , Chephren, and Mykerions. Cheops is the most colossal ever built. Next is a close-up look at the Sphinx, a huge funeral complex guarded by the legendary lion body with the face of king Chephren. Then onwards to Sakkara to see the first pyramid ever built. The step pyramid of Zosser. visit the Egyptian Museum which contains the fabulous treasures of Tutankhamun , especially the solid golden masque and the golden coffer. In the late after noon visit to the famous Khan El Khalili market. You will then have free time before being transferred to Cairo station to catch the Sleeping train to Aswan (B, D)

Day 3: Arrival Aswan

Stop At: Aswan Market, Aswan, Aswan Governorate, Nile River Valley
Arrival Aswan. A representative will meet and assist you in transferring to the hotel for check-in. Next, visit the High Dam, the Granite Quarries & The Temple of Philae. Optional Traditional Egyptian Dinner at the Nubian Village, Overnight in the Aswan hotel. (B)

Day 4: trip to Abu Simbel by road)

Stop At: Abu Simbel Temple Complex, Abu Simbel, Aswan Governorate, Nile River Valley
Breakfast, (Optional trip to Abu Simbel by road), on the Nile by felucca around Kitchener’s island and Elephantine, afternoon check in your Felucca (a sailing vessel) on your way to Luxor.Dinner and overnight on the felucca (B, L, D)

Day 5: After breakfast on the felucca

Stop At: Aswan Market, Aswan, Aswan Governorate, Nile River Valley
After breakfast on the felucca, drive to visit the ruins of the temple shared by the two Gods Sobek and Haroeies in Kom Ombo and the magnificent great temple of Horus (god of protraction). From there you'll be transferred from Edfu to your hotel in Luxor city. Enjoy an afternoon drive to lovely Luxor temple dedicated to Amoun-Ra the king of Goods in Pharos time. Optional Sound & Light show at Karnak temple , Overnight stay in the hotel in Luxor (B)

Day 6: Visit The West Bank – the Valley of the Kings ,

Stop At: Valley of the Kings, Luxor, Nile River Valley
Optional Hot Air Balloon ride, Breakfast. Visit The West Bank – the Valley of the Kings , Valley of The Queens and The Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at El Deir El Bahari, then proceed to the great Karnack temple which is considered the worlds largest religious complex. Transfer to the railway station to take the Sleeping train to Cairo. (B, D)
