About this activity

After joining the ferry “Porfyrousa” in Neapolis, you will travel to the port of Diakofti, on the beautiful island of Kythira. Kythira is an undisturbed island with a laid-back atmosphere and a characteristic Venetian architecture. Well known for its wonderful beaches, stunning monasteries and ghost villages, the island is perfect to spend a few hours relaxing and enjoying the beautiful sceneries.
At the port you'll meet the tour representative: here you'll board the coach and begin our tour of Kythira with the monastery of Our Lady Myrtidiotissa, a majestic building that stands on a cliff right above the sea, built in in the middle of the green pine tree vegetation. Before heading back to board the ferry back to Neapolis, you'll proceed to the Archaeological Museum, home to artefacts that date back up to the 4th century BC.
