About this activity

The departure time for this experience is at 10am daily on it is a one hour horse ride.
We are located at 66 Onetangi Road, Waiheke Island. There is a bus stop is right out side our location which makes easy transportation right to our front door. Waiheke Island is a 35 minute ferry ride from Auckland CBD and it is considered the jewel of the Hauraki Gulf!
Enjoy a beautiful 35 minute ferry ride from Auckland city ferry terminal. When you arrive at Matiatia on Waiheke Island you will find an array of transport options available.
There are public buses, car and scooter hire or taxi's available. There is also the option of the hop on hop off bus.
There is a bus stop right out side out location at 66 Onetangi Road. If you choose to take the bus you will catch the bus that goes to Onetangi Beach and get off at the bus stop right out side Horseworx. If you choose you can get off a stop or 2 earlier at Stoney Ridge or Tanalus Vineyards as we are only a short walk from these sights.
During your one hour horse ride on a famous horse you will experience beautiful native New Zealand bush trails with cultural and historical landscape and stunning views of Waiheke Island.

Refunds will not be issued if tour/activity is missed due to late or non-arrival of cruise ship
long fitting flexible pants or leggings is cocommended. Covered footwear must be worn. No open shoes such as sandals or high heals should be worn. We do have some boots available depending on size.
Safety helmet must be worn, these are provided.
A minimum of 2 people per booking is required.
A maximum of 8 people per booking, we can accomodate 6 adults and 2 children.

Availability for shows cannot be checked without making a booking. Credit cards will only be charged upon confirmation of show availability
