Zilker Metropolitan Park is a recreational area in south Austin, Texas at the juncture of Barton Creek and the Colorado River that comprises over 350 acres of publicly owned land. It is named after its benefactor, Andrew Jackson Zilker, who donated the land to the city in 1917

Begin your 2-hour bicycle tour of historic downtown Austin by visiting the Texas capitol building. After visiting the capitol, follow your guide to explore downtown. The next stop is Barton Springs. You will also ride around Old West Downtown, hitting the graffiti wall and into Seaholm.

Barton Springs Pool is a recreational outdoor swimming pool that is filled entirely with water from nearby natural springs. It is located on the grounds of Zilker Park in Austin, Texas. The pool exists within the channel of Barton Creek and utilizes water from Main Barton Spring, the fourth largest spring in Texas

Stop At: Lady Bird Lake Hike-and-Bike Trail, Lady Bird Lake First Street Bridge at Lady Bird Lake, Austin, TX 78701

Austin’s famous urban trail along the lake, the Butler hike-n-bike trail. This multi use trail circles around Lady Bird Lake and includes Austin's new over the water boardwalk. This ride is traffic free (i.e. no cars) and features many shaded areas. The tour distance is approximately 7.5 miles on mostly flat natural/paved services with a few small hills.

I absolutely loved this tour! We had such an awesome time with my son. We were able to explore all of Austin in such an incredible way! I would super recommend this tour. It is the ultimate BEST cycling tour Ive ever taken. There was no way I could of explored Austin in a better way, than with our tour guide who was super nice and attentive.

We had a great day exploring the Austin cityscape, parks and rivers. Mike is very knowledgable and relaxed in his delivery of the history of this great, healthy city. The tour starts and ends right at the entry of the Barton Springs natural pool, we took full advantage of this and went for a swim!!
