Directly explanation "from the russian word "moloko†that means "milk" because this was a common milk during the abstinence. But there are other legend, more cruel. Another version, more commonly believed along russians in Azerbaijan their faith clean as a milk. Nobody knows exactly where is a truth but definetely the strong of the faith helped this people to survive, grow and build such a great village as Ivanovka. Why the name is so? Village gets its named from village founder Ivan Pershin who managed first 11 families when the came to Azerbaijan
