Wallis is trained in therapeutic pilates reformer & mat work, reiki, craniosacral therapy, classical ballet. The studio is equipped with Balanced Body Allegro Reformers, Ladder Barrel, and other pilates' accessories. The student's work may be any combination of Wallis' training. The studio also has BioMats which may be part of the session, for value added.
Complimentary aromatherapy is included, if desired.
