Our trip begins in the weekly rural market (full of seasonal jungle vegetables and fruits, locally foraged with some unique tastes you're unlikely to enjoy anywhere else), followed by a cooking class covering authentic, traditional dishes in a local community's garden.

The class is very much based on home-cooking, taught by experienced locals in a fun and collaborative way to ensure you get the most out of your experience and we hope that you will be creating memorable dishes for your friends and family in no time!
