Rob is a good guide. I don’t think you should require this review to be longer. Rob Is a fine guide!!

You get to see so much. It's an all day tour, but worth it. The guide was very knowledgeable and the van was very comfortable. Only 13 people so it wasn't too crowded. Saw a lot of the main destinations around Banff. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommend.

We have a great time. Our driver/guide Rob was very interesting to listen to, as a native Albertan, he had many stories to tell and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend this tour!

The tour was great and we saw so much. Robbie our guide was great and knew so many things about the area. It was great being picked up at the hotel and returned so we didn't have to use our car.

We had a great day, Rob helped avoid the rain that was around us. I had a full list of everything I wanted to see. We visited all locations plus more that wasn’t even on my list. Good tour, well worth the money spent, I would do it again. Thanks Rob for an enjoyable day!

We enjoyed our tour very much. Robbie was very knowledgable and took us to see some great sights. Ashley, our driver, did a great job especially since it was her first day. A few improvements could be made though. The van isn’t very easy to get in and out or if you’re in the back. The other thing is that it was hard to hear since he didn’t use a microphone. Other than that, it was a great day

We went on this tour in late November and really enjoyed it. Robbie is a native to the area and knows all the best spots to sightsee and had plenty of interesting personal stories. While we had driven up part of the Icefield Parkway ourselves before, Robbie pointed out several geographical features and gave us context we would never have known ourselves. Beyond Banff is a small family business and we appreciated the personal touch on the tour - thanks!

The process is horrendous. Upon booking, there is no way for you to input the hotel you are staying, you have to call them. I'm internationally, I waited till I got to Canada to call them and they didnt answer the phone. I must have dialed five times before decided to leave a message and take the risk of hoping they hear my message. I turned off my cell phone for international roaming, I gave them my hotel number but how hard would it be to call and locate somebody in so many rooms. I wish there was an option for customers to just in put our hotel for pick up upon buying the ticket. We didn't get to do the icefield parkway sightseeing. Our tour guy Robby was horrible. He pretty much just drop us off and send us off on our way. He did not do any guiding. For somebody who grew up in the area, he knew very little. I knew more than him through researching on Google for my trip. We also didn't get to do one of the lakes. To be honest, we could have skipped bow fall waterfall because it was frozen anyway. That would have given us more time to do the other cooler lakes.

Pretty great trip to some beautiful places! Gorgeous to see these places in the snow and ice and now have to worry about driving in winter conditions. Only complaint is that I wish the tour company had stopped somewhere where there were either more lunch options or else we had gotten lunch later when more places were open. Our lunch time was at Lake Louise from 10:00-11:30 and nothing was open except for the little convenience store at Chateau Lake Louise. Had we been able to stop there around noon for lunch there would have been way more options.
