11 Days Thailand Tour to Bangkok, Ayutthaya, Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai, Phuket

Day 01: Bangkok

Our guide will greet you at Bangkok airport holding a welcome sign on which your name is written, and escort you to the hotel. The rest of the day is free for you.

Hotel: Majestic Grande Sukhumvit (4 stars) - Superior Room

Day 02: Bangkok(B+L)

Visit the Wat Trimitr to see the world’s largest solid gold Buddha. Continue to Wat Pho, home to the magnificent reclining Buddha. Then visit the royal Grand Palace and marvel at the mysterious Emerald Buddha. (note : Appropriate dress is required or can be rented on site). In the afternoon, have a cruise ride on the Chao Phraya River and visit the beautiful riverside Wat Arun, the Temple of Dawn.

Day 03: Bangkok - Ayutthaya - Chiang Rai (B+L)

We drive north to Ayutthaya. Visit Bang Pa-In to see the summer palace and the surrounding temples. Then turn to Wat Niwet Thammaprawat, the gothic inspired temple on the banks of the Chao Phraya River. Next visit Wat Yai Chaimongkhol & Wat Mahathat. Drive to Bangkok airport and take a flight to Chiang Rai. Our guide will pick you up at the airport and transfer you to a Chiang Rai hotel.

Hotel: The Legend Chiang Rai (4 stars) - Superior Studio room

Day 04: Chiang Rai(B+L)

Drive to Doi Mae Salong. En route, pass tea plantations and visit the market on the Thai-Burmese border. After lunch, drive to the Golden Triangle, the borders of Thailand, Myanmar and Laos meet. Reach Chiang Saen on the steep banks of Mekong River, and visit its magnificent ancient ruins and temples. Return to your hotel in the late afternoon.

Day 05: Chiang Rai - Chiang Mai(B+L)

Head to Chiang Mai, the main market area, Wat Phra Singh, Wat Rong Khun (White Temple), Mae Kajan hot spring.

Hotel: The Rim (4 stars) - Superior room

Day 06: Chiang Mai(B+L)

Chiang Mai Old Town, drive to Doi Suthep Mountain, Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, Wat Jed Yod, Wat Suan Dok. Return to Chiang Mai, Sankampaeng outlets of local. 

Day 07: Chiang Mai - Phuket(B)

Free morning. Our guide will transfer you to the airport for a flight to Phuket. Local guide will pick you up and help you check into the hotel. The rest of the day is free for you. 

Hotel: Sunset Beach Resort (4 stars) – Superior Sea View room

Day 08 - 09: Phuket(B+L)

We remain the full day free for you to relax in Phuket.

Day 10: Phuket - Bangkok(B+D)

Free morning. Then take a flight to Bangkok. Our driver will pick you up and take you to the hotel. In the evening drive to River City Pier to board the yacht-like cruise vessels, and enjoy a superb Asian dinner while the cruise slowly drifts along the river up to two hours. (Note: Not applicable for Festivals)

Day 11: Departure from Bangkok(B)

We will see you off to the airport.
