6 hours Thai Herbal Compress Workshop

The herbal compress has been used for hundreds of years in Thailand as a remedy for sore aching muscles, stress relief, exhaustion and other ailments in Traditional Thai Medicine. Herbs are wrapped in balls of cotton muslin, steamed to release essential oils and aromas, and then applied along the sen sib or energy lines of the body. Herbs are not only an essential part of Thai medicine but also an every day part of Thai life, and are used in traditional Thai healing for their energising and balancing effects on the body. 
This thai herbal compress making class is designed for all level or interested person, no previous experience is required. The class would be conducted in English by the certified master therapist. We would start the class with the basic information and history of Thai herbs ingredients and benefits. And then let you practice from part to part until whole body with the traditional ways of massage. all the ingredients, equipment and documents would be prepared by the master therapist. You would be instructed closely and practice with hands-on approach.
