Gather at the meeting point at Times Square Building in Asoke at 09:50 AM and head only about 2 hours from the city of Bangkok to Ayutthaya. The Ancient City of Ayutthaya was founded around 1350, Ayutthaya became the second capital of Siam after Sukhothai. On this trip, you will be exploring the Unesco listed sites, the summer palace and the ruins of the old city now form the Ayutthaya Historical Park, an archaeological site that contains palaces, Buddhist temples, monasteries and statues.
Enjoy the comfort of departing Bangkok on a joined group basis at 10:00 AM and to Bang Pa-in Summer Palace as the first stop. The palace was originally created since 1632 by King Prasat Thong. At this spot, you can find a number of impressive buildings built in different architectural styles from Thai, Chinese and European design. Then, continue to visit Ayothaya floating market and enjoy some free time for lunch.
After lunch proceeds to visit 2 more historical sites, Wat Phra Sri Sanphet and Wat Mahathat to discover the historical ruins of the great temple sites and the return to Bangkok to be dropped off at Show DC mall at around 6:00 PM. Alternatively, you can have a free airport shuttle transfer to Suvarnabhumi or Don Mueang Airports if needed.
