No visit to Bangkok would be complete without the iconic Grand Palace and all it's splendor. Built in 1782, it was the home of the Thai King, the Royal court and the administrative seat of government for over a century. With beautiful architecture that have been carefully preserved and maintained, it continues to awe visitors with it's intricate detail.

Stop At: Temple of the Emerald Buddha (Wat Phra Kaew), Bangkok
Wat Phra Kaew is located in the Grand Palace complex, and holds plenty of cultural significance. Considered to be the most important Buddhist temple in Thailand, it is located in the historic center of Bangkok. Located within the temple is Phra Kaew Morakot, the Emerald Buddha, a highly revered Buddha image carved from a single block of jade.

Stop At: Queen Sirikit Museum of Textiles, Bangkok
Queen Sirikit Museum of Textiles is located within the Grand Palace complex, and showcases textiles from all around area, with an emphasis on Thailand and it's royal court. Founded in 1976 to celebrate Queen Sirikit's 80th birthday, it also shows her personal collection of dresses designed and tailored from Thai textures by international and local designers. In addition, regularly changing exhibitions showcase an ever changing textile and garment display.

Stop At: King Power Rangnam, Bangkok
The tour ends at King Power Rangnam, located close to the Victory Monument. Here, you can either leave, or shop at King Power, the premier Duty Free experience in Thailand. You will get a complimentary King Power Duty Free Privileges voucher to use as well! Please bring your passport and departure flight ticket with you to register at the counter before shopping.
