Despite its popularity, the classes maintain a good ratio of chefs to students and will give you a comprehensive introduction to Thai cooking. With a morning or afternoon class to suit your schedule, Blue Elephant Cooking class will give you all the needed skills to recreate your favourite Thai dishes at home and welcomes both novices and professional chefs alike.
• Morning class (including a local market visit, 8:45am-1:00pm)
• Afternoon class (no market visit but includes extra dish, 1:30pm-4:30pm)
Morning Class:
• 8:45am meet at cooking school
• 9:00am market visit
• 9:30am fresh Thai herbal drink & discuss the 4 course meal with chef
• Ride Sky Train (Saphan Taksin) to Bang Rak morning market, be introduced to local produce
• Ride Sky Train back to cooking school
• Arrive at cooking school, refreshing drink and towel awaits
• Theory class - explanation and demonstration of each dish. Each student will receive a folder with the recipes, notes and an apron
• Begin cooking - each student will have their own stove and wok
• Receive Blue Elephant Cooking School Certificate and a cooking set as a souvenir
• 1:00pm lunch time - taste your creations! Class endsAfternoon Class:
