After pick up, we will head to Tham Kra Sae Bridge, where we will have lunch at a local restaurant, and later board a train to experience the Death Railway first-hand.

Learn about the history of the Thailand-Burma Railway, otherwise known as the Death Railway. Built by the POWs of the Japanese, they were forced to build it with minimal resources or aid, and is considered a feat of engineering as some sections built are still used to this day.

Stop At: Prasat Muang Singh Historical Park, Kanchanaburi 71150 Thailand

Check out the remnants of an ancient Khmer fortified town at Prasat Muang Singh Historical Park. Dating back to the period between 857 and 1157, most of the structures are in ruins, but portions of walls and temples still exist to this day.

Stop At: Pakprak Road Pakprak Subdistrict, Kanchanaburi 71000 Thailand

From there, we will visit Pakprak Road, which looks like a normal Thai road, but hides it's World War II history at a glance. You can read about them at the road, where local historical experts have posted signs in English and Thai explaining the artistic styles, who was behind the construction and what the buildings were originally used for. Most notably, you’ll learn how some buildings and their owners played a role in the Second World War.

Stop At: Bridge Over the River Kwai, Tha Makham, Kanchanaburi 71000 Thailand

After exploring the Pakprak road, we will head over to River Kwai bridge by boat. Have a relaxing boat ride while learning more about the river, and the bridge made famous by the novel and following film-adeption "Bridge Over the River Kwai."

Upon reaching, spend time time to walk on the bridge and take pictures before heading back to the hotel.
