Pastry Baking Day Class

You will be conveniently picked up at BTS On Nut mass transit station, end of Exit 4 at the crosswalk at 10:30 AM. Do not go down to the street. The pastry chef will take you directly to the school which is only 2 blocks from the station. Here is where the fun really begins. The instructor will discuss with you what creations you will be making. Recipes in English will be provided. Your pastry chef will show you what to do and how and then you will in turn duplicate. Before you know it, you will be making the most beautiful creations. The best part is when completed. Time for pictures, time to taste, and time to take home whatever you do not eat at the school. Classes are every day with different pastries being taught each class. Learn how to make cakes, cookies, macaron, apple crumbles, cheesecakes, brownies, tarts, and more. A Certificate of Achievement is awarded upon request.

WEDNESDAY–Pate Choux, Lemon Tart & New York Cheesecake

THURSDAY–Strawberry Mousse Cake, Chocolate Chip Cookies & Sacher Cake

FRIDAY–Macarons, Butter Cake & Opera Cake

SATURDAY–Black Forest Cake, Apple Crumble & Chiffon Cake

SUNDAY–Chocolate Fudge Cake, Thai Tea Cake & Fruit Cake
