09.30 (1) First meeting point of Cultural Program, meet and greet at the meeting point between Sathorn Pier and “Saphan Taksin BTS Station (Exit 1)” for register. Then take shuttle Boat along The Chao Praya River to Grand Palace and Wat Pra Kaew (Emerald Buddha Temple)

Arrive at Grand Palace and Emerald Buddha Temple
– The Grand Palace was a former residence of the Rattanakosin Kingdom. Today, the place is used for hosting royal ceremonies and welcoming the king’s guests, State guests, and other foreign dignitaries.
– Wat Phra Kaeo (Emerald Buddha Temple), the most beautiful and important Buddhist temple in Thailand. It houses Phra Kaeo Morakot (the Emerald Buddha), the most highly revered Buddha image carved from a single block of fine jade. On the inside walls of the temple’s compound, there are extensive mural paintings depicting scenes from the famous epic “Ramayana”. It is the longest wall painting in the world as well as one of the Unseen Bangkok. The numerous interesting sculptures of artistic value.
After visit Grand Palace and Wat Prakaew take a ferry across to Wat Arun.

Walk to “Tha Tien Pier ” cross the river to Wat Arun
– Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn), an ancient temple dating back to the Ayutthaya Period. One important temple in Thai history, there are many unique attractions in Wat Arun in Bangkok especially the central prang, a stupa-like pagoda encrusted with colorful glazed porcelain tiles and seashells, Giant statues, the Ordination Hall, the Bell Tower, and many Buddha statues. After visit Wat Arun take a ferry back and take a lunch break at the Local Restaurant then continue to Wat Pho.

– Wat Pho (Reclining Buddha Temple), one of Bangkok’s most attractive temples with the oldest and largest temple in Bangkok. It houses more than 1,000 Buddha images include the huge Reclining Buddha image it houses. Most of the images were brought over from abandoned temples in places as Ayutthaya and Sukhothai.
