Private Tour : Hands-on farm to table cooking

1. Firstly we take you to offer flowers to our spirit house to greet the actual host of the place before entering.

2. We take you on a walk around the non-chemical farm to learn about our local vegetables, spices and herbs which are grown here and pick them fresh in our cooking.

3. Menu is: 1 appetizer ,3 main dishes and 1 dessert. Banana flower cake, Minced meat with tomatoes and chilli paste, Mixed local vegetable curry with prawns, Stir fried cowslip creeper flower with oyster , Longan with coconut sticky rice pudding or seasonal fruits. The food menu is subject to change depending on the season of local vegetables and herbs in our garden. The dishes are available for vegetarians as well.

4. Experience the real Thai farmer’s life style by learning how to do rice farming. You will get an experience of hands-on activities which genuinely happen at the time of your visit. Learn how the rice is grown and have a chance to participate in the muddy fields with planting, harvesting or thrashing rice, as well as picking vegetables and herbs on the farm.

5. The end of the day is chill time with cool drinks, local farm snacks and refreshing by swimming in a fresh pond.
